What type of Analytics does Vizdesk provide?

Vizdesk provides you with an in-depth look into the number of visitors you have on a daily/weekly/monthly and yearly basis, the average time spent by each visitor, the people who are most visited in your establishment and plenty more.

Can I assign multiple users for my Vizdesk account?

Yes. You will have a master admin account that can help you assign multiple users for your Vizdesk account.

Can I have my own logo on Vizdesk?

Vizdesk does provide a branding option where you can add your own logo and customize Vizdesk to suit your company/brand.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay for your Vizdesk account online through our super-secure payment gateway. You can use your credit/debit card to make the payments.

Am I entitled to a refund in case I don’t like Vizdesk?
